year model would be nice because i have a 91 rex sittin at my house with no seats in it and their kinda hard to drive without seats

these are 89 ... and yes they have rails all hardware included and i will meet in madison georgia for 180$ ..... will meet at varsity for 200 $ .... your choice ... lmk
