It has recently come to light, that months before the invasion of Iraq.
Our good ol dead buddy Sadam Hussien offered to step down and release full controll over Iraq if him and his family were given amenesty, refuge, and 1billion dollars.
I do agree that the demands were over the top. But with him gone the US could have easily establised another puppet government, and could of potentially created a much needed ally agianst a True Enemy of the United States, that enemy being Iran.
Now with nearly 1trillion dollars invested in the Iraqi war/control strugle. And millitary enlistment falling faster then our stock market, I think a mistake was made some where in the logical processes in the Family currently leading our countrey
