Well shit happens man, don't want to penalize them without a second chance. this is the first time i've had a problem with them. I'll give them another chance before i discredit them.

Did you say anything to them? Maybe they will reimburse you for the clothes, or atleast give you X amount of free cleanings.

I should ask for some form of compensation huh?

Yeah man, whats the worst that could happen? Usually if you are respectful instead of jumping all over them they will take care of you. 5 free shirt cleanings won't cost them anything.

Hahaha. We used to own a dry cleaners. About the shirt. Alot of stains on white material show up after they are washed. Especially cotton shirts. They have water marks they aren't like dark just discolored. The jacket should not even be pressed. I just put them on the susie (a manikin that blows air out) and then take out any creases left with a hand held steam Iron connected to the press.

We usually gave upto 10x the price of cleaning unless you were a regular customer and we knew you. If it is an Esquire Cleaners branc youll be straight. Most of them are owned by a relative of mine. If its the one in Brookhaven then they will give better service.
