Does anyone know how traffic is on windy hill??? i would be coming from austell rd around 8:00 taking it to 41.. going north on 41... and turning right on terrell mill... taking that to paper mill... and from there i know what traffic is like....
but not sure how it is from austell through 41....
currently i'm taking to austell to south cobb/delk to terrell mill.... but there is a bit of traffic i'm trying to avoid... lmk..

Windy Hill sucks horribly at the intersection with GA-41/Cobb Parkway. Find a way around that area.

Take that curvy road over by Ed's place, it comes out over on GA-41/Cobb Parkway about a 1/4 mile down the road from the intersection from Windy Hill.

Yah, go down that road, then take a right onto the road that comes out across from Target.

Better to go through it going north on Cobb Parkway than on Windy Hill, especially if he is turning left onto Cobb Parkway.
Oh and Killer, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RUN THAT LIGHT. IF IT IS ABOUT TO TURN YELLOW, STAY BEHIND THE LINE. That is the worst intersection in Smyrna and you will get a hefty (for a traffic light) ticket if you run that light.

i went that way this morning... it wasn't any worse or any better than my current rout... here... i'll get some shots up of where i'm coming from... and going too... idk the area at all so, that's why i'm asking...
anyways... pics will be up shortly.

The stretches I usually drive aren't that bad. But like Jecht said, don't even THINK about even coming close to driving through that intersection on a yellow.

i would take south cobb instead. windy hill sucks ass in the morning.

south cobb isn't any better.... it took me the same amount of time on windy hill as it does south cobb...

early in the morning there really isnt a good place to go. i have two routes to work, and they both suck, sometimes one sucks less than the other, so i hope that i catch the good one at times...

oh well.. it takes me about 40 minutes either way... (40ish) and it's like 17 miles both ways... SUCK
