any one know a good audio shop in or around the Duluth area? my audio is horrible; i'm missing the back 2 speakers and the sound fades a lot. I'm looking to get my whole system redone (headunit, wiring, speakers ect..) at a cheap price. where do you guys recommend?

I'd recommend Audio Wizards by the Mall of Georgia. Extremely knowledgeable guys and the pricing is definitely worth their expertise.

in most cases you get what you pay for in the audio world, everyone wants a "hookup" but that comes with a price also

Just buy the new speakers and install them yourself. You have to learn somehow. Check the internet for instructions on it for your car.
