I am going to learn Tae Kwon Do, Muy Thai, and Capaweta. in that order. first Tae Qwon Do because it teaches speed, balance, agility, and control, Muy Thai second because it teaches to ignore pain and beat the **** out of whatever, and take a good beating. Then Capaweta because it is a Brazilian Dancing style of fighting that i think is very beautiful. Now this is actually gonna take a few years so it will keep me occupied. My friend is 40 and he has been taking various classes from the time he was 5. i mean he stopped but still kept in shape and still remembers how to do most stuff jsut when you get older as he said you body doesn't wanna keep up. but honestly he is in really good shape for his age.

I took hapkido for about 4 years. It was pretty interesting. However, for me , it seemed like I was hitting a brick wall. I feel I needed actual intense confrontation in order to progress. More power to ya, no harm in intrducing yourself to something new, the more you know the more you grow, and knowing is half the battle.(Mix of reading rainbow and GI Joe)
