"omggggg its been forever since i blogged...hell i dont even know what blog means but i guess its where you write stuff for people to read
anyways my last one was before i even drove for mopar, if you check my pics youll see that i did end up driving for them for my amateur season and most of my pro rookie season. i recently left the mopar team tho...things didnt work out to well
but!....i picked up a new title sponsor...POLAROID! and started my own team with twin 350z's pretty cool i know
anyways id like everyone to wish my luck for my 08 season and keep john graziano in your prayers"
Just goes to show that some people never learn a lesson, no matter what. This kid basically killed his friend, and he's more concerned about starting a new race team for next season.

Back in late August, Nick Hogan, the son of everyone's fave wrastler Hulk Hogan, wrecked his dad's $50,000 Toyota Supra in Clearwater, Florida. While Hogan was wearing a seatbelt and emerged relatively OK, his passenger, friend John Graziano, was not and will likely need life long care for his injuries.
We haven't heard so much as a peep from Nick since the crash. It's very serious considering that the police know he was racing another car on city streets in the rain and ignoring traffic lights and signs. On top of that, the police are waiting for results from his drug tests to determine if he was also impaired while driving. So when Nick posted for the first time on his MySpace page since the accident, some were a little shocked at the contents (read them in full after the jump). Nick talks about losing his ride with Mopar in pro drifting, but sounds excited about his new title sponsor Polariod. Next season he'll apparently be fielding his own team with a pair of Nissan 350Zs. He finishes his post by asking for luck for the '08 season and to keep his friend, John Graziano, in your prayers.
What we're surprised by is not the fact that Nick will be drifting competitively again, although we think he's proven time and again that competitive racing of any form is not his strong suit. No, what surprises us is that his parents, the Hulkster himself, would let him get behind the wheel of a high-horsepower car again. We're also presuming the elder Hogan has bankrolled Nick's newest venture, since we've never known the young Hulk to be gainfully employed and have money of his own. Well, here's hoping that Nick confines his high-performance driving to the track this time.

Damn that.
It's sh*tty and wildly inconsiderate. BUT, I will say that Nick's boy wasn't wearing his seatbelt. Hogan was and is up and at it again. He was, IMO, just was responsible for his injuries as Nick himself.
Horrible either way.

yup...... John responds to being pinched and has a gag reflex, other then that.....nothing. Good job Nick.
Update 6: John Graziano didn't recover from the coma, he is still in critical condition at Bayfront Medical Center, more than a month after the crash. Possibly the young Marine will need lifelong care at a nursing home and at best will only be able to open and close his eyes periodically.

If you get into a car, much less a fast car with Nick Hogan, without wearing a seat belt, you are directly responsible for any serious injuries/deaths you sustain.
He's not a professional driver. He never was one. He is the son of someone famous, who was given an opportunity to do something he didn't readily grasp.
He is not only incapable of being a professional driver, but daddy's getting old and his career isn't what it used to be, so the funds will dry up eventually.

You haven't seen pictures of the car have you? That guy was screwed either way.
Nick is a dip****. I don't just get pissed at him because hes rich and got away with it. Early this year a kid from my old highschool (the quarterback) killed a woman when he was speeding and failed to stop at a redlight. The kid isn't rich but he does have a bit of money and got away with it without punishment. From what I've heard he acts like it never happened and shows no remorse. That is the part that pisses me off about kids like this.

As much as I hate to say, I agree with what you are saying, but someone in the spotlight like him in order to regain or maintain any form of repect amongst his family should have done so. Not crying over it, but in some way be a little more sympathetic towards the subject other than" hey yo my new drift sponsor is cool and yeah my brosef is still hurtin so pray for em ya heard".

I'm sure his family has seen him dealing with it and he's not worried about what they think or the media/public thinks, as they most likely know how he actually feels. :???:

No thats not all that matters, but I wouldnt mind having his life. Pretty stress free life, no money concerns, no college, do what you want without reprecusions, drive big turbo supras, and drift cars. I wasn't saying that at all. I was simply saying there's no reason he should, should feel pressured to, or feel that he should have to show remorse and pain for the accident and his friend publicly. It's a personal thing that he should be able to deal with on his own, privately, with his family, etc.

Most of these problems arent known, and most of the time are kept hidden behind closed doors.
