Re doing rims

ok so im not sure if this is the right sectoin for this and if it is then mods please move. anyways, what i am wandering is i need the run down on re painting rims/polishing lip type deal, can anyone give me a play by play?

lol true. its not that big of a deal to me tho, cuz im gettin new rims so i would want to it myself as a project
