They spray the car with a special paint and use something like plastic wrap and while its still wet they press it on it and quickly remove it....I have heard it called marblizing the paint but not sure of the technical term....oh and by the way the woman in the photo is attractive but really not my type.

i saw some car like that at a gas station one night and just thought it had baby powder all over it or got keyed the freak up. Then it turned out to be marbelized

Maybe in the 'hood people throw plastic wrap on wet paint to get ghetto marble, but the real stuff is made by companies like Alsa Corp. http://alsacorp.com/paints.htm
