i have finally come to the end of my build and was wondering if i need to do anything else before i put the motor back together. i have everything minus sleeves.
* forged je pistons 81mm ( 9:1) with manlley rods
*str block gaurd
*gsr head with itr valetrain ( 5 angled valve job , ported and polished )
* honed/ decked/ hot tanked gsr block
* balanced and blueprinted gsr crank
*victor x intake manifold
* presicion sc61 dual ball bearing turbo
*650cc rc saturated injectors
* ramhorn peakboost turbo manifold
*acl main/rod bearings
*cometic 3 layer head gasket
*greddy fmic
* 3 inch turbo back exhaust ( turbo n1)
*odb1 p72 and conversion harness
* all the ic pipings

i know i have forgot some stuff , but you get the idea. i an hoping to be in the 350hp-375hp range. is it possible with this set up ?? lemme know what yall think. :goodjob:

im assuming this is going to be a dd? definitely attainable with your setup. thats going to be a bad ass teg my friend, invest in limited slip!!!

get some 880's and you can make 500hp. Everything looks good. I would lose the cometic and get an OEM headgasket.

really ?? i was under the assumption that the 3 layer cometic was better than oem. i guess you would know more than i would, i am pretty new to the honda/acura game.

how much power will the 650cc injectors hold ??

Nice build. That turbo will make a fun street car. Don't forget the 3 bar map sensor.

650s will hold like 450 IIRC

i wouldnt make more than that LOL not on a non LSD trans or a street car.

350 is really enough for a street car

I'd personally get a port and polish. I regretted not gettin that done. Don't forget the plastigauge and torque wrench!

thats all i want. 350 is perfect for me, if i can get anymore then better. in no shape form or fashion i am trying to run with the big dogs.

x2 on the head gasket thing. i have never heard bad things about oem gaskets, but cometic is a kind of hit or miss deal. i would ditch those injectors and get some peak and hold for that high of cc. those saturated injectors are actually 440cc with the pintle modified; same at the saturated 750

I have basically the same setup and im making 352 @ 15psi. Im running precision 780 injectors and a BBK SSI Intake Mani. Other than that we are basically the same. Im running crower rods and cp pistons but they should relatively the same as ur setup. 350 is a walk in the park with this setup so its gonna depend on how much u want to make. I wouldnt push it more than 400 without LSD Trans. If ur putting this in a teg it will be a damn fun car to drive but it will be driveable on the street as long as stay a little conservative. The good thing i like about this setup is it can be tracked as well and by just simply changing chips and turning up boost. That build is solid up to 450 no questions asked.

Yea I'd definitly get LSD cause my buddys 240hp integra just roasts that one tire threw third and your going to have at least another 100hp on him definitly look into something other then that looks like she'll be fun, Good luck.......

yeah arp studs are a nice security part. i got arp mains and head studs actually. and arp rod bolts! arp ftw. lol

Keep this thread going my homie is still looking for parts and things he needs help sourcing up a few other parts to complete the build. Suggestions for a good boost controler the won't spike or creep on him. And a good reasonsble standalone fuel management or something. What does everybody think about apexi avc-r?

Apexi is **** IMO. a Chipped p-28 with Crome is the way to go. Scotty on here will hook u up. I like the AEM TruBoost controller. Most people run the Greddy Profec II. For the money though the AEM is great.

i had a similar setup in my da......let scotty tune it......change the injectors and listen to the posts that have already been made....other wise you have got a good good setup....I made 318whp with rc440 and lsvtec with similar internals and that was almost too much for the street.....damn thing would get crazy in third gear on the xpress way.....good luck and want to know the nums when you get it tuned
