Which group of ghost hunters do you work for?

I was listening to Q100 this morning and some guys from "Atlanta Ghost Hunters" were on, playing audio clips of different 'ghosts' they seem to have caught. It's just so interesting to me.

One particular audio clip really stuck out. It was a recording in the religious section of a bookstore. Their were two German ladies talking... They paused, and you hear a girl whisper "Oh Gosh, They Think We're Ghosts".

I don't know if I believe in ghosts, per say, however I do think their is a lot of spiritual warfare going on. (such as demons & angels battling on behalf of God & Satan for our souls)

It made me wonder if, perhaps, it could've been an angel. I dunno, it was just my immediate thought & it gave me goosebumps. (not in a bad way)

Just throwin that out there for discussion...

Cool. He said the weirdest thing that's ever happened was one night at about 2:00 they were sitting on this bed in a house someone claimed was haunted... He said all of a sudden the bed lifted about 3 feet off the ground, then slammed (and broke) into the floor. After that he said they heard someone knocking on the hardwood floor.

I would flip the hell out.

Anything like that ever happen to you?

I'd be surprised to see QD put up some of the "weird stuff" he's seen. People that are into that kinda stuff don't usually talk with those that aren't "seekers". If I'm not mistaken, the more common reason was because those that DON'T seek won't understand, really, what goes on in a "supernatural" world. And to a point...that could be a good thing. Not knocking QD or those that seek...nor am I speak on their behalf. Just thinking thats' the scenario.

To date, I don't think I've ever really even heard him talk about being a "spirt seeker" outside of his sig, and when people (usually noobs) bring it up as a horrible line of defense...

And in post #13 I sorta asked for you to post some weird stuff you've experienced.

I forgot about that. We were walking, late one night, through a Confederate cemetery a couple of years ago. I was walking alone(as I always do to get away from others/noise) when I saw something across the cemetery on the outside of the fence. When I looked over, I had just enough time to make the shadow of a horse galloping off. It disappeared almost as soon as I saw it and realized what it was. Now this whole area(as was much of the entire metro Atlanta area then) was a site of a major battle involving Sherman.

My 5 year old has had a "friend" named Mya for several years now. Imaginary of course. So we thought. She always talked about Mya. Last year, when the newspaper photographer was at my house taking pictures of our equipment, he wanted to see how some of it worked. I got out the EMF detector and turned it on. A minute later, it started going off for no reason. Then my 5 year old came in and said that Mya had just run inside and was standing beside the photographer. This lasted about 5 minutes. My EMF had never gone off in the house before. Then it stopped. At that moment, my daughter came in mad because Mya had just run down the street, heading home.

My wife has seen what we think may be Mya. She woke up around 2-3 am one morning a few years ago to the sound of a little girl crying. She thought it was our daughter(her room is on the opposite end of the house, through the kitchen then living room) so she went to check on her. As soon as she stepped into the kitchen, she stopped startled because she saw our daughter sitting in the LayZ Boy in the living room. When she went into the next room, the crying stopped and there was no one in the chair. Our daughter was in her bed, door closed as usual, sound asleep.

That's a few. Later, QD.

So... I listened again this morning to Q100 and the Atl ghost hunters were on again. They've been letting listeners call in paranormal activity and they're investigating it. Crazy stuff man

QD, do you think some of the 'ghosts' don't think they are dead? On one clip they played you can hear someone say "This house..... is haunted?" like as a question.

Very much so. A lot of spirits are here because of that very reason. Most are here for unfinished business. Be it saying goodbye to people or to make sure that whoever is left behind is going to be ok. Later, QD.

We went to an 1800s cemetery way out in the middle of some trails around Perry, GA a few years ago. We had two "psychics" with us. One in one car and one in another. As soon as we got on the grounds of the cemetery, my wife started getting a headache because she was hearing nothing but screaming in her head. A few minutes later, the psychic that was with us, told us that we had company. It was the spirit of a small girl. When we parked and got out, the other psychic said that there was an older man and a woman younger that he in their car fighting. Turns out the woman was the little girl's Mother and the older man was the woman's Father(the little girl's grandfather). IRL, the grandfather abused the girl to the point of her death. Soon after, he died and the Mom killed herself to protect her daughter in the afterlife. It seems the Mom and grandfather were fighting while the Mom was yelling at the little girl to run. Once we left the property, it all stopped.

Later, QD.
