im just looking for a nice place that me and my gf could have like a picnic/bbq kinda thing. if you know any good spots let me know.

If in Atlanta it's self then I guess Peidmont. Plus if you go there you don't have to worry about too many guys trying to steal your girl.

If OTP then Tribble Mill Park is a killer park for that. It's an 800acre park with 2 lakes and tons of trails with lots of picnic areas. Plus setting up near the Waterfall/slide is pretty nice too.
