Diddy just can't seem to stay out of the hot seat lately, as he allegedly got into a physical altercation with a man in Manhattan over the weekend.

According to the New York Post, the fight reportedly took place at SoHo club Kiosk at around 3:30 a.m. on Sunday morning (October 14) when Diddy got into an argument with acquaintance, Steve Acevedo, apparently over a woman.

Acevedo told police that the two men stepped away from each other, but continued to exchange heated words back and forth. He then claims that Diddy threw two punches, both landing on the man's face, while screaming, "I'll kill you, punk!" Acevedo apparently suffered a bloody nose and a fat lip, sources said, and as he tried to get back at Combs, a bodyguard appeared to reach under his waist, as if reaching for a gun. Acevedo said he then went home, called 911 and filed a report, but declined to offer comment concerning the incident. Police are investigating to find out if the venue where the incident occurred has surveillance video of the altercation.

Diddy was not arrested or charged in the incident, but police said that he would be contacted and asked to give a statement.

This is just the latest in a string of highly publicized set backs for the music mogul just this week. As previously reported by SOHH, he was recently hit with two separate lawsuits, a $4 million dollar suit by NYC nightclub promoter James Waldon, who alleges that Combs ordered his bodyguards to attack Waldon at NYC hotspot "The Box", as well as a $19 million dollar suit by former Bad Boy consultant James Sabatino, who alleges that Diddy refused to pay for audio and video footage of the late Notorious B.I.G.

Later, QD.

Damn, somebody needs to tell Diddy he needs to go sit down somewhere. That must have been potential baby momma #4 or something.

What a dope. "Puff Daddy, P. Diddy, Diddy, P. Douschbaggery, whatever" is about as tough and talented of a rapper as Pat Boone. And I've still never forgiven him for screwing up a great Led Zeppelin and Sting song.

And I swear I saw him shopping at Lenox Mall a couple years ago.

Back when D, Diddy, P Dizzle fo shizzle, whatever he is calling himself today was Puff Daddy. He did a song for a Godzilla movie. Don't know what it's called but it had Kashmir in the backround by Led Zeppelin.

Why can't rap come up with thier own beats and music? I know they aren't "Stealing" the music like Vanilla ice stole(But didn't steal) David Bowie and Queen's under pressure. But still atleast scratch the song or something.
