I have a b18a1 and my tranny code a1 1034524 but like when im on the interstate i can be in 5th gear and goin like 60-70 at 3500 every one keeps telling me they dont think its a ls tranny so i would like to kno what kinda tranny is it then

If you look at where the transmission meets the engine there should be markings of what type it is. Example: YS1

it sure isnt a cable B16 transmission because in my B16 crx i was at 5000 rpm at 80 mph in 5th gear.

the person who owned it previously probably had the gears changed. because thats longest geared ls tranny. just my :2cents:

do you mean ys1?

If so, it can be a JDM 90-93 Integra XSi or 92-92 Integra RS/LS/GSR

Did a little Googling for and found this:

197 ft lbs? not in your wildest dreams stock.

hey...I just googled and thats what I found. See for yourself. Some of the engine specs were NON-US models, soooo :dunno: ?????
