Ok so every year about this time around,
I get sick

I see a buncha friends/ family dropping like flies as the weather is getting colder

I realllly dont wanna get sick this year bc it takes forever for me to get good again.

What's good to prevent? If it even comes down to it i'd have the doc prescribe me something, anyone know if anything like that exists?

I'm gonna get a good dose of some orange juice and **** like that, but mann i dont want to get sickkkk the weather is awesome and i'm feelin good right now.

take vitamins and eat a balanced, nutritional diet...that should help.

sounds like a seasonal allergy. talk to a doc if natural methods dont help. wash your hand a lot too.

Buy some of that "Airborne" stuff. You take it when you feel like you're starting to get sick and it's supposed to help you either (1) not get sick, or (2) have a much less serious bout with the cold when you do.

Tastes like ass, though. You have to chug a glass.
