So, at the last minute we decided to drive down to Savannah Sunday for a change of scenery.

Nope, not our neighborhood:

On the way, I saw this:

He waved 'bye' as he exited.

Wonder if this guy is on here:

You assholes... came down here and didn't hang out... screw you guys too! :P

I love taking pics of the pier.. I have one setup just like your under the pier "tunnel" shot, just a little less cropped. Tybee is amazing for pictures if you have half a clue what you're doing.... I was just out on Tybee last night having some fun... Crab Shack and the beach FTW

Lock your cars, keep a gun nearby, and try not to hit the horses with your cars.

That's the best advice I can give for this city.

wish the water was more clear... I wasn't expecting it to be though, since we were on the atlantic..

dope...it's not that bad of a drive to get to the coast. wish we could have stayed longer.

lol surprised the valuables were still there... hotel room doesn't mean jack when the people doing the cleaning have records longer than the drive down here.

Glad you had fun though! I liked this city the first few weeks I was here, but now I just hate it. nothing appealing about it to me... except for the ocean...

hey, if we're ever in town...u need to show us what's good... where's the real sea food at? everything was closed when we arrived sunday night but we ate at ruby tuesdays--i think it was. The next day, we ate at the Shrimp Factory--not bad.

So, you're going to school down there or that's where you live now?

Thanks for the comments guys::: reps when I can.

Where? Suspended from a crane so the crack monkeys will die in a squirrel like attempt to get your shiny wheels?

Seriously... After my third car breakin in 3 months, I told my landlord I was breaking my lease and he was giving me my deposit back, because he told me the area was safe, and I looked for the most non-descript, non attention getting apartment complex as I could find... and I moved into an apartment all the way at the back of the complex.... Pizza delivery people can't even find this place... and there's a certain security in knowing that I won't come out to busted windows, ripped apart dashboards, and smashed carbon fiber hoods. *sigh of relaxation* it's just me, the creek, and the nice guy next door with big pit bulls.

I live here and go to school here... I'm up in ATL pretty regularly though.

Shrimp Factory is pretty good but can be really touristy, since it's RIGHT on River Street. Everywhere down here has kind of that tourist feel, because the town pulls a huge tourism market... it's a matter of knowing where to go. Send me a PM a few days before you come down again and I'll make sure I'm off work and play tour guide barbie for you. :D

Garage FTW :goodjob:

Depending on where in town you are, garages can just be more **** to claim on insurance when they get broken into in order to get to the car inside.

*sigh*

Nice pictures. The guy with the Z06 is my new manager. He is racing my homeboy's Evo (koffeebean) in 2 weeks. We've got a lil' bet rolling on this race too. What do you guys think? 2008 Corvette Z06, intake and tuned....vs.....200? koffeebean Evo, bolt ons and tuned?
