Lately i have noticed an 01 (maybe 02, but same body style) silver 2 door civic with 18" Racing Hart C5's and a pretty hot chick is always driving it. Was wondering if anyone knows her or has seen the car?

it does!, 18 in raching harts, thats only like 50% the other 50% have rota's.

and it has some damage on the rear drivers side bumper. like it backed into a car.
