Amp - Sound Quality

I'm looking to grab some Alpine Amps to run my 5.1 Stage (powered by Alpine IVA-W205 and H701 SP. (alpine PDX-4.150 and alpine PDX-2.150 together with my already existed eD NINe.1)

What do you think about these? How will their fair up with the JL, eD, DLS, etc. high end Amps?

alpine is good ****. dollar for dollar its better than JL. JL is way ****ing overpriced.

alpine quality is good, as well as the sound. you cant go wrong.

sorry for a thread jack, but quick question about amps. how much will an amp improve quality of sound, to 4 6 1/2 inch coxial speakers currently powered by the head unit.

you can get a cleaner signal at higher volumes, also a higher end amp will filter out some noise.

you can have a great head unit, great signal wires and a great amp but if the speakers arent quality or have great SQ qualities then IMO its a waste. Its like having 600hp twin turbo engine but not being able to put the power to the ground, all you have is a great engine with ****ty timeslips

alpine is very suffistictaed. you can do a lot with their equip if you do all your audio alpine. thats how i roll. all digital v12 alpine amps typer subs, components, coaxials and the cda series headunit bc i drive a del sol and cant fit the prestiges Double Din by alpine.

go alpine or go home.
