Never use these pieces of sh!t in your life to order some got d@mn airplane tickets :2up:

I was tryin to make a reservation online through kayak.com and it ended up pointing me to cheaptickets.com. Ok, that's cool with me as long as I get my tickets. I go through the whole process, put in all my information, and then the f u ckers say my credit card is denied :thinking: I'm thinking maybe I filled something out incorrectly and try it again and get the same results. So I call my credit card company to double check with them that everything is ok and they tell me that everything is fine, the funds are there, and that they see cheaptickets trying to pull the money from there, one for $1480 and the other for $40.

So I call cheaptickets and I get stuck with one stupid ass Indian f u cker, who doesn't know sh!t and keeps trying to get me to make a reservation. I HAVE NO MORE FUNDS B/C YOU PIECES OF SH!T CHARGED ME ALREADY, I CAN'T MAKE ANYMORE RESERVATIONS. He eventually transfers me to yet another Indian, non-english speaking ass b!tch who just keeps putting me on hold as if she's doing something. I finally hang up and call my credit card company again.

My credit card company tells me that they can't cancel the transaction b/c it's already being processed, and that the only person that can cancel it is the merchant. Great......f u ck. So now i'm out $1520 on my credit card, no f u cking airline tickets, and I'm not found anywhere on cheaptickets.com's system :2up: AND, they charged me those $40 x3 b/c I kept going in there and fixing what I thought were errors, so every time I would process it, bam another $40, so I guess i'm f u cked on $1600. Cheaptickets.com told me that SUPPOSEDLY since it wasn't accepted on the website that the money would be refunded to me in 3-10 business days. Normally i'd tell her to right it down on her notes saying that she said this..................but o yea she can't b/c my name, number, credit card number, and nothing else is on their f ucking records :2up:

the time and effort to make 1.6k would be worth a lawsuit to me.

Well I have had a good experience with Kayak before, and so has family and friends. I thought it was gonna be alright to do it again with them. And I didn't really think anything of it when I got sent over to cheaptickets.com. Then my dad tells me that he had the same problem with cheaptickets.com last year when they were trying to buy tickets too...

Lesson learned for sure :goodjob:

Thanks man, that's what i'm hoping too. Another reason i'm pissed too is because the prices of tickets have been rising within the past 2 weeks...which means i'm gonna have to pay even more when I do eventually decide to buy the tickets.

Yea man they kept saying "ok we can help you with that" and **** like that. I was like what can you help me with? And they repeated, "we can help you with that" :lmao: That **** just pisses me off....

I really don't have a choice but to let it post on my credit card before I can do anything. **** blows. But like someone said, luckily this is America :D

you will get your money back man. you can call the ccard company and to a chargeback on the company, saying that you did not authorize this transaction. but if this happens a lot(which aparently it does) id sue the **** out of them. it would almost be worth it
