I bought a set of 14in steelies from James last night, and am very pleased with the equipment. Not only were all the steelies in the condition described, the tires are in considerably better condition than the listing gave credit for ( including the pictures)!
I'd recommend anyone do business with James. He and his girlfriend even loaded them into my truck for me.
