Ladies and Gentlemen,

That's right, it's that time again -- change your oil, stock up on tires, do a tune up, and get set for another DGTrials private instructional clinic! Continue the 2007 Atlanta season with a ton of valuable seat time!

Sunday October 28th we will be hosting another private instructional clinic at Turner field in the blue lot (the fast one!). We again intend to have two run groups of 10 vehicles each:

AM - 9:00-1:30
PM - 2:00-6:30

Your choice of run group is on a first-come first-served basis -- register early or you may not be able to run when you like.

For more information, please contact Marty @ [email protected]

As with all DGTrials clinics, you are the focus of the event. Your course design requests, your concerns about specific drifting and driving techniques, and your questions will all be treated with the highest priority. These days are designed for nothing but pure driver training and improvement.

Whether you are a beginning drifter looking for some extra pointers or you are looking to test and tune your latest parts and settings, this day will offer 4 hours and 30 minutes of pure uninterrupted driving.

It is *STRONGLY* reccomended that participants bring at least one extra set/pair of tires, if not more. DGTrials may be able to provide tire mounting services on site, but this is currently unexpected, so plan accordingly.

The cost for the event is $180, payable by PayPal to [email protected], in cash or by check (made out to "Drift and Gymkhana Trials Association, LLC") in person. Two-driver cars are accepted, but due to the extreme strenuous nature of these events, are not reccomended. Drivers may register for more than one spot.

Please keep this event private -- do not tell everyone you know, do not invite your whole family or your fleet of friends to come watch. We are able to conduct these days because they are extremely low key driver-based training sessions. If we continue to keep them that way, we will be allowed to continue to have them.

Again, we would like to stress that this event is open to all skill level drivers. We will have qualified instructors on hand to help with your technique, as well as car builders and crew mechanics to give pointers on car building and setup.

TANDEM!! TANDEM!! TANDEM!!

Once again, don't forget about our advanced tandem run group. We're the only place in Atlanta for open tandem practice! You know who you are... those guys that have been itching to get out there with Myself, Toni Shorts, Sammy, Andy Sapp, Erin Sanford, and the others. Bring your cage, bring your fire suit, and leave your ego at home!
Well, now's your chance. If you've got the background, and you fill out your petition, you might just get it!

TANDEM PETITION (http://dgtrials.com/forms/tandem_petition.doc)

All of those who came to previous clinic days know just how much track time there is. We look forward to seeing you all again and to being able to provide the same awesome days we always have!

Although I know you can recognize loser status in people, how is that you, with your rank in life, can call someone above you a loser? Just curious.

How's running DF working out for you? Later, QD.

What time do drivers need to be there? Do afternoon drivers and morning drivers have to be there at the same time or what?

I enjoyed myself sooooo much. The Black 240 from Vision fully prepped was ridiculous. Also the silver 240 was sick and hats off to the black Mustange GT 07 I believe, really smooth.
I give props ot he red 240, i believe a young driver, he never gave up as with the black 240. This event was awesome makes me want to build a 240.
And the surprise of the day was the Red R32. :D

thanks man. I'm the red 240. i need to get my allignment bad! My rear toe is all messed up and on right hand drifts it corrected and all i could do was understeer. So that second track in the afternoon was no good for me. I had fun with the first track though. Next time i'll be able to do better. I'm goin to grand turismo east on thursday to get my suspension tuned up nicely.

i saw everyone, and everyone who wasn't pro was definitely showing improvement through out the day. its about damn time Sammy got some seatbelts for his passenger seat. the vision performance cars were sounding, as well as drifting as always. props to them.

any word on the gymkhana event coming up? i might try and make it, but rumor has it, it may be cancelled due to lack of participation. any one know whats up?

osiriskid you were selling a bomb ass kouki, was that not yours?

anyways, yeah, DG trials have private track days. Its about 180 bucks, but you share turner field parking lot with only 9 other people for 4 hours. The track time is incredible. Especially if you are in the group with a lot of pros, they dont run every run, they usually wind up breaking something or having to cool down for a half hour or so. I know at this last event, the noobs (for lack of better terms) where hotlapping. At about 5:30 there were only 3 people sharing the track!!! Its a great time, and I wish I had another 80 bucks when they had signup. Definately try and go to the next one, I sure am.

Or you could call them the people that wanted a lot of seat time.

Sorry i couldn't come chase cones Marty, had to work the races at AMS.
