ok, so here's the deal, me and my girlfriend have been going out for 8 months now and I feel like we're f%cking married, I used to spend ALL my time with her and rarely saw any of my friends (some are members on this site), I've now found a balance between spending time with bond my friends and my girlfriend. But was I was originally getting at was, I'm pretty good at picking up girls and hooking up with them and all that $hit. But me and my g/f rarely ever do "anything" anymore, hence me feeling like I'm married, and it's not like she's prude or anything b/c we did when we first started going out, everytime there's an opportunity for us to have some "alone time", it never ckufing works out so, I was wondering if there was anything that I could do for us to starts doing "stuff" again, any ways to set it up where we get alone time or where she wants to engage in "stuff"

edit: new info she lives with her parents still back in my hometown which is about 20 min away, and I live in a dorm downtown, but I come home on Thursdays after my last class, and leave back to downtown on late sunday night

I definitely got that feeling with my old girlfriend, I would suggest simply talking to her about it. You could also do something especially romantic to spark feelings, it's not difficult to take her out to / make a nice dinner. Best-kept romantic secret: Costco roses. I think it's like $13-14 for two dozen really nice roses. Can't go wrong.

If you're really happy with her, don't let it make things weird. Communication is key, even though the subject's a bit awkward.

and far as what Black IX said, yea that kinda does help, i've noticed that w/ me living downtown now, it was hard at first cause we were used to seeing each other everyday, but like starting this weekend we didn't fight at all

Profiteers advice is the best I've heard yet. I was in your same situation not too long ago with a girl I've been with for 2 years now. It takes some work, but instead of having that "same ol same ol" mentality, you almost have to FORCE yourself to feel excited about just being able to see her, than after a little bit, it will start to be that way naturally again. At least, that's how it worked for me. Good luck.

Here is what I would of said.

One day when she is doing something completely unrelated to sexual activity, meaning she does not even have sex in mind. Say she is washing dishes, cleaning her room, make sure you have privacy, come up to her, and just turn it into an absolutely wild and unexpected sexual momment, this will turn her on faster than you can ever imagine and you have to leave her satisfied.

I don't agree with people who are saying that if he truly loved her he wouldn't mind the drop in passion/romantic interest/whatever. Physical intimacy is definitely an integral part of a relationship, it shouldn't necessarily be the foundation on which all else is built, but it's a pillar holding up the roof of satisfaction, if you will. You'll continue without it, but there's potential to be filled.

Have you talked to her about it yet? If you're already doing nice things for her (my previous advice) that's good, I didn't mean to imply that you didn't treat her well or anything. Sometimes going the extra mile will really boost the relationship, but I'm sure you know that. Let us know how the talk goes...
