ok so i have a guy wanting to trade me his black 96 200sx with SR20VE for my s13 now ive had a b13 before but that was a sentra so are these cars worth a damn ?

is this VE or SR ??

Heh... seems like you don't know much of the SR20VE. An SR20VE with bolt ons should run mid 13's with slicks and a good driver. They have potential to make over 200whp and 180lbs TQ if the swap is done properly. It is a very reliable swap if is done correctly also.

Now about the car if you are into auto X and that kind of BS get yourself something else (not that the car handles bad).

There are not real common problems but the ones the driver causes for driving like an idiot.

Now, I would ask who did the swap? Is it running good? Any dyno graphs?

he says a dealer the guy got it from before him swaped out the stock sr for the VE and yeah ive seen pics looks pretty clean. I have a friend from winder named tunnelman idk if u know him but he has a b13 SER with VE swap and that car runs 12's

Yeah I know Tunnel. Thats a regular SR and it looks like it's been changed.
