Nope. The terd brown T-Type ran a 9.84 I believe. I think Clark's best was a 9.98 or so.

I believe CLark came in Second due to Red lighting the Last Showdown Run.he ran a 9.8 i believe...I still got peices of his Slicks all over my front end..I was like 25 feet behind him when He did his burnout and i was Engulfed in SMoke...Turbo Daves truck was also pretty impressive...All in all it was a great day..Weather was pretty nice and There were some awesome cars out there

i had fun, i drove the orange Integra in the fwd class- first time at the track with it.(only has 1000 miles on it.)
I ended up with an 11.78 @ 127 with the bfg 225s dr's.
Thats about what i predicted i guess so.

Thanks for the pics, Im glad that my car made the cut. Too bad that I couldn't hook for crap and spun damn near the whole track. That burnt orange teg was badass. I was real impressed by that car. It was real clean, and ran 12's all day.

thanks man, on bfg drag radials, i ran a 12.17 @121 on 11lbs first pass and the next 5 passes were between 11.78 and 11.98 @ 124mph to 126mph on 16-17lbs

its still an lsvtec, stock block with rods/pistons- with a precision sc34, i ported the head, put some itr cams in, lsd,...................ill get you some pics of the engine bay.
and i got first in the fwd class also.

didnt the original post say 11.8? but 12.8 is right and thats a friend of mine, if your talking about the 1 in all the pics i posted . he probably is on here.
he actually has run 7.89 in the 1/8 with slicks which should put him in the mid to low 12s but he was on 225 bfg's. (like me)

and just to clear some things up...the CRX has a 2.0L Ls/Vtec and it ran 7.79 in the 1/8 on slicks at the local track. it was spinning the 225 bfg's through first gear (even at part throttle) and was making for crap times (12.8's) haha. open diff FTL!

Met that guy at the spring showdown. Super nice guy. Glad to see him up'ing the ante. I guess I am a fan of all cars going fast. Time for other people to start stepping it up and being consistant. That is what is winning this event.

rob is one of the coolest dudes out on the track and he has been doing this **** for a long time. he lives out here by me and used to work at a shop in conyers. and that t-type is alot faster than everybody thinks it is :ninja:
