Accord Problems with piston rings/head gasket?

I was looking to buy a 2003 honda accord V6 with 35,000 miles on it but it was smoking a little out the exhaust pipes and it looked like there was small puddles of oil coming out of them too. Anyone think this is really oil or am I paranoid?

paranoid j/k. I'm pretty sure its just a lil water coming out of the pipes.As far as smoke, the car was sitting for a while.
