Any one know what else to do besides taking medicine (since I can't too much tylenolb/c I'm pregnant)?? HELP ME b/c it hurts and I wanna cry.

only thing that ever helps me is excedrin. my fiancee had them bad too, i told her to take excedrin, she was reluctant before, when she took it she saw big results..u might want to chk w/ ur doctor first to see if thats fine, but thats what i recommend.. i doubt blood lost may contribute, but u can got ot the health food store and get some iron pills or eat some bananas...just some suggestions

my doctor says to only take tylenol, but my headaches never go away even if i take it.
excedrin helped me a lot, but the milligrams are too high for me to take it. plus excedrin is bad for your liver.

I had a horrible one this morning. Excedrin is the only thing that helps me too.
I really don't think their's anything other than tylenol that you can take when you're pregnant. Like Pure JDM said, dehydration can cause headaches so drink lots of water!
Good luck!
Most pregnant women suffer from three common physically painful symptoms during the course of pregnancy 1) low back pain often resulting in sciatica (or traveling pain down the buttocks and one or both legs), 2) indigestion and heartburn, and 3) headaches. Most headaches of pregnancy are tension type headaches where the pain feels like a tight band across the forehead and often is accompanied by spasmed muscles in the neck or shoulders. These headaches are soft tissue (muscle, tendon, ligaments) and biomechanical (external and internal forces on the body) in nature and respond excellent to chiropractic care. Due to the changes in a pregnant woman’s posture, extra stress often occurs in the neck and the midback. For more useful information regarding common symptoms of pregancy and how they can be helped with chiropractic care I recommend you look here:American Pregnancy Association (http://www.americanpregnancy.org/pregnancyhealth/chiropracticcare.html)
And of course, if you have any specific questions, feel free to pm me :goodjob:

I get headaches fairly often. Caffeine is very effective, most migraine medicine contains it.
