Some parts were funny as hell just because of the Family Guy characters...like that "Alright kid, don't get penisy!" bit.

I was never into Star Wars though. :dunno:

There's my reason! I laughed at a few things...but I only saw Episode 1 and the Return of the Jedi...

You'd definitely have to have watched The original movie to fully appreciate this episode. I though it was hilarious. I did, however, think that the Robot Chicken episode that they were talking about at the end of Family Guy was better (only episode of Robot Chicken I've ever watched), but you really had to be a star wars fan to get all of it.
