If you bought the limited edition Halo 3, and you received a scratched cd, Microsoft will replace it for free, no charge, until Feb. 2008.....

They had a whole bunch of copies that had scratches on them due to the packaging and shipping method...

My collector's edition was scratched, and I took it back that night. They opened a regular Halo 3 and gave me that disc to swap out mine. I was PISSED!!! I should have waited and sent the whole thing in for a brand new unopened collector's edition.

In the collector's edition you get the game(with a different label on the front), bonus essentials dvd, a small hardback book explaining about Halo as well as misc. stuff(poster, instructions, etc...) all encased in a tin box.
