Ok, so I have a DVD from the production company that does Tunervision. I need to find a DVD ripper and shrinker free online. Anyone know of good ones?

here is the link:http://www.dvddecrypter.org.uk/ also if you want to shrink the dvd so it will fit on one 4.7 gb disk (assuming it is larger) i have a program for that also. (green reps are apreciated if this helps)

I need to convert it to a WMV or MPG file so that I can put it on my FTP, make a link out f it and send it to my sponsors to DL. I don't know all of the technical terms :) So I don't really know what a gb is.

what format is it in now? do you just need to make the file smaller? if so that program should work(it has for me)

Tracy, it's not hard at all.

Get DVDShrink 3.2 or DVD Decrypter. Both with work just fine.

Once you have it "ripped" to your hard drive, you will then need to convert it to .mpg or .wmv (that process will take a while). There are programs that do this as well, but I'll have to look them up for you.

Thanks guys :) I'm decrypting now. I may have more questions come shrinking time.

I know what a GB is, I just don't know what it translates to :) I don't know all of the computer jargon.

Tracy, go into Google and type "DVD to avi" or "DVD to mpg" or "DVD to wmv" Converter.

You will have to find a free one, of course. I don't know of any right off the top of my head.

I tried that. I think there was something wrong with my files after I did the DVd shrink.

Does NERO convert or just burn? I don't need to burn it. I need to upload it onto my FTP.

There are FIO and VOB files saved on my computer. It keeps saying it doesn't recognize a file.
