tweety bird cars work for a certain cartel, the nike symbols for another, the calvin hobbes thingies are another, and the tazmanian devil are another.

they do this to seperate transporters. and who you're allowed to work for and arent.

and its a very inconspicous way to be able to see whos who, but in ways that arent obvious.. yet still out there for the world to see.

they do that here in the US too, however its become somewhat of a trend/fad thingie and even companies made parts for them because they thought they would sell.
