Does any1 have a perefernce for a External or internal wastegate?
alsojust weld a plate over the wastegate port on the manifold if the turbo has a internal? like the T25

i PERSONALLY dont know from experience, but i've heard many times its better to have a external wastegate as it allows u to 'tinker' if u will

ok thanks.cuz the turbos iv been looking at like the garretts mostly have the internal..i still want to go with the t3/t4 flange tho.

i had a xs power snail that blew and switched to a garrett t3 with internal. I just bought a $10 block off plate for the mani. I was happy with it

external is better. weld the door shut if it has a housing that doesn't allow a block off plate to keep the door shut.
