yea,but she should have never been charged with anythingDepends on city ordinance. If they require you to upkeep your landscape, then they can charge you if you don't comply. It's kind of like living somewhere with a Community Council. They usually require you to upkeep your lawn/vehicles or you get fined. It's understandable to an extent, but it does get out of hand.

I hear that and that is true...BUT at the same time I'll bet she is some mean old woman that "expected" to be treated like some elderly "oh whoa is me" person but at the same time was probably cussing the cop out and as they mentioned was resisting arrest. She is probably just some mean ole bitty that got what she deserved. If it had been some 40 year old man, nothing would have ever been said about it. Just because she is 70 doesnt mean she cant resist and put up a fight that could cause her to fall and bust her nose one something. Just look at the picture of her...she looks like some mean ole witch anyway....she is the lady that wont let your freinds park in the road in front of her house, the one that comes out side when your werkin on the car fussing because you have your radio turned up loud enough to hear it from maybe 10 feet away......
