now its not in the books untill Guiness World Record ppl say it is but its what they recorded on their test runs, and as far as Nasa is concerned the car is capable of 273mph =O with a theoretical top speed of 286.272mph with their gear set up. for those who dont feel like reading all of what is on the link i put here is something that was said by the person who was driving it. Test driver Rick Doria reported "wheel-spin" at speeds above 190mph. now i really hope thats because of Lift issues or something lol. If its because to much power =O ZOMGRAFFELCAKES spinning the wheels at 190+ has to be some kind of record.
