what kind of tank? standard or built in overflows? will this be for saltwater for freshwater? Go to nemo on beaver ruin if you want a new tank at a pretty much retarded price. Their prices are really low. I used to have a $6k saltwater setup, if you need any help, let me know.

I got one that i cant keep up with. I think its 150 or 175 gallons. You would have to take all the fish with it though. It has a stand and the lights are not for this size tank so i had to make due with some plywood but you can get the top piece for it. I would want $300 for it. The fish consist of 2 paku's( dont know how to spell it) that are about 5" in diameter, 2 oscars that are about 6" long, 2 algae fish ones about 10" and the other about 5" , and i think the yellow/black stripes catfish is about 6". LMK With all the fish its hard to keep clean. It also has 2 filter systems for over 100 gallons each and a air blower.

If I were you. I would get the one with the overflows...It will make things a lot easier to clean and maintain. Just want to warn you, its gonna be an expensive hobby.

is it possible if i buy a normal fish tank then later on add a overflow in it??

No, part of the overflow are the Predrill holes that allow the water to overflow (hence the name) and drain into a sump (wet/dry filtering system) or any other type of filtering system you set it up for. Since you want a 120 gallon, the larger the aquarium the more maintenance you need to do.

Not sure if you FULLY understood what is an overflow..IT HAS PREDRILL HOLES..so you can't add it on afterwards..Unless you drain the tank, turn it upside down to drill..But then why go through all that troubles when you can just buy one thats already have one built in..Here is a picture of my tank..U can see the 2 black columns..Those are the overflow boxes, each has two 2" holes inside. That is just the display tank..The filtration system is more extensive than that.

Its because bunch of newbies dont' know what the hell they are doing so they go out and buy the cheapest and end up keeping for a while and then sell it.

Your best bet is to browse craigslist. I see some nice aquariums for sale there all the time.
