I was 16 and had never encountered a cop like that before. I panicked, ran, and wrecked. I almost killed myself and two of my friends. Worst decision I ever made. All charges were dropped though, as I was entering the Army at the time. Paid $400 in court fees and did 200 hours of community service.

Rolled a stop sign...as in I slowed down to about 3 mph but then drove off. No complete stop = ticket...even though there was no one in sight.

Me and my friend threw a match into a bush and it lit, by the time we realized we had fucked up it was too late to stomp it out, we gtfo'd, and called the fire department, luckily no houses or property was burned down, but it got big enough to the point where it was burning down some pretty damn big trees. When the firemen talked to me and my friend we just said it was some Puerto Rican guy.

Ok, well my worse brush was some COPS arrested me for carrying a concealed weapon.

Ok, I bought an SKS automatic rifle with a banana clip for my friend cause you only have to be 18 to buy a rifle in GA. So he traded the SKS for my cousins 9mm. Okay, so there was a lot of gang war type things going on at that time & they wanted to trade back.

I dunno how I got...wait yes I do, I bought the gun, so I was going to get a gun in my name back before anything stupid gets me in trouble( yeah it idn't work right. lol).

Okay, so I'm carrying the rifle back to my house, hmmm about 3 blocks away. Now I had the rifle in a garbage bag, with the clip IN THE BAG, not in the gun.

So the cops swing by, stop( I had a mini thought of running like hell, but knew I was ok). So they stop, I was like " dude it's an air rifle, dude pulled that banana clip out and was like " cuff him". LMAO

Now I will admit this was the 1st time I was ever worried the cops were gonna kill/beat em down, cause we're in the backseat 2 white, one black, so 2 of em are in the back with me.

So they're like " yeah planning to kill some cops with this", he loads the gun a bit but I'm very arrogant, so I later relaxed. So at John A. White perceint, yeah ZONE 3!! lmao

They have me in the chair, so the cops grabs the yellow pages, & says " hmm there's 82 pages worth of Atturoney's". I say " so what I won't need one. lol

weapon on campus. i paid the $300 diversion fee, now i gotta come up with the $500 lawyer fee(the court appointed lawyer didn't do dick for me, he wouldn't answer any questions or anything) and i am ending up having to do 150 hours community service. all this over a pocket knife... i went to pick up my cousin at the high school, stepped out to flip the seat forward, and got arrested.

i broke into the halfway house on a golf course, stole all the liquor, while my friends who didnt drink (we were in 10th grade) stole all the candy (m&m's skittles, nerds rope, poweraide, etc) however i didnt get caught by the law. i got caught with all the liqour a few months later in duffel bags by my mom :lmao: she almost made me go to AA meetings. but there were about 45 handles left after that summer when i got caught and i had to pour them all out, thought i was gonn :cry:

I had gone into a dollar general and began taking little things like gum and stuff (I don't know why exactly I wanted to save the 60 cents by stealing it, I guess it was just for the rush) But while I was in the process of doing this a customer spotted me, on my way out the clerk called me and I was like FUCKKKKK..... I got busted for stealing....... KNOCKOFF TICK TACKS. They wern't even the real deal!! I was so embarassed, the clerk looked at me like I was some idiot (I was) and told me not to come back.

it was actually a street racing ticket and the cop dropped it to that. i guess you could say its the same as laying drag. and i followed a school bus all through the country side after school one day because i was bored and nothing else to do. so the bus driver called the cops, four of them came out the middle of nowhere and i learned that day when a cop says to keep your hands on your head while they search your vehicle for weapons that they mean it.

Skipped school and decided we would go and eat lunch with a girl at another school in the same county. As soon as me and my friends walked into the lunchroom everyone looked at us and the security guard was after us. We all ran out of the lunch room, half way back to the truck the guard and 2 other officers had run up behind me, tripped me and handcuffed me. They pulled my other buddies to the ground by their shirts. Cop said that they can't trust anyone to walk into their schools since September 11th (because we look like terrorists). They tried to say that we were up there trying to fight someone. Lawyer got involved and the charges were dropped and we just got 12 days in ISS, and 5 days OSS.

Then about a month later I hit a van doing 30mph in my rx7. Fucker come over into the turn lane late as hell and I wasn't paying attention. Got a Following to closely ticket.

when i was 16 my parents had just gotten divorced my mom is an epileptic she had too many seizures in one year and had her liscense suspended so i drove without a liscense from the time i was 15 til i got my liscense at 16. but anyways the day we got back to school from christmas break i left track practice late was driving my eclipse doing 60 in a 45 cop was coming the other direction and flipped his lights on. i panicked and took off doing 100+ blew through a stop sign and almost lost control of the car regained and realized what i was doing was stupid so pulled over and waited for him to catch up. cop pulled up told me to "get the fuck out of the car" i complied kicked my knees in handcuffed me threw me behind my car and began to search my car. i had just put the interior of my car back together after i had painted it and had not put the steering collumn cover back on so the first question out of this guys mouth was "is this car stolen" my reply was "are the keys in it". he kept searching found a 2" long screwdriver in the center console and asked "is this a weapon" i replied "no i think thats a screwdriver" "are you trying to be smart with me" "no officer you asked a dumb question i gave you a response I am complying" short time later his partner shows up gets out and asks me how old i am told him i was 16 and told me that he said "i should lie and tell them your 17 and have you locked up" "officer i think at booking once they ask me for my date of birth they would realize i was only 16 unless they are as dimwitted as you. my mom had to come pick me up got a speeding ticket 60 in a 45. driving without a liscense and evading and elluding. $1000k worth of fines. kept driving after that incident and even had gotten an offer from the cop at my school to help me get out of it. had to get a lawyer turned out the guy had not calibrated his radar gun in over 60days and all charges were dropped since the original charge was speeding and because they could not prove that they had to drop all of my other charges. needless to say i got my liscense about 2 weeks before i got my charges dropped and after they were i got a police escort to school everyday for a bout 3 months by fayette counties finest.

after my charges were dropped the cop at my school was pissed off about it because i was his ticket out of being an sro and started hounding me. got to school too early one day the parking lot was iced over and my buddy was doing donuts in his truck in the back of the parking lot. there was no one there he took off behind me i went to go follow him and when i went to go spin my moms truck around it broke loose and fishtailed. went about my business and got called out of my exam by the vice principle and they accused me of doing donuts they threatened me with the tape i told them there was nothing on it and this was garbage at which point i was told too shut up or he would give me oss for lying instead of 3 days for wreckless driving in the parking lot. i told him i wasn't lying and he then called the sro in to "talk some sense into me". needless to say he got there and was like "are you ever gonna learn?" i asked him what the hell that was supposed to mean and he went and illegally disclosed all the information regarding my evading and elluding case and how i had just wrecked my car and how my buddy had just died about a month prior in a car accident in which he wasn't driving to which i told him 1."he needed to keep his mouth shut about my buddy" and 2."that he had no legal standing to disclose the details of my case as it had happened when i was a minor and all charges had been dropped". to which his dumbass replied "do you know why your charges got dropped?" and at this point i realized no matter what i said or did i was going to get iss anyways so i said "yea as a matter of fact i do it was because your buddy hadn't recallibrated his radar gun in 60 days which negated all the rest of my charges. since we are in such an inquizitve mood let me ask you something. what do you think that says about the sheriff's department?too me it says the are lazy stupid and incapable of doing their jobs correctly" at which point i signed the paper work and walked out with his jaw about hitting the floor.

when i was 16 my parents had just gotten divorced my mom is an epileptic she had too many seizures in one year and had her liscense suspended so i drove without a liscense from the time i was 15 til i got my liscense at 16. but anyways the day we got back to school from christmas break i left track practice late was driving my eclipse doing 60 in a 45 cop was coming the other direction and flipped his lights on. i panicked and took off doing 100+ blew through a stop sign and almost lost control of the car regained and realized what i was doing was stupid so pulled over and waited for him to catch up. cop pulled up told me to "get the fuck out of the car" i complied kicked my knees in handcuffed me threw me behind my car and began to search my car. i had just put the interior of my car back together after i had painted it and had not put the steering collumn cover back on so the first question out of this guys mouth was "is this car stolen" my reply was "are the keys in it". he kept searching found a 2" long screwdriver in the center console and asked "is this a weapon" i replied "no i think thats a screwdriver" "are you trying to be smart with me" "no officer you asked a dumb question i gave you a response I am complying" short time later his partner shows up gets out and asks me how old i am told him i was 16 and told me that he said "i should lie and tell them your 17 and have you locked up" "officer i think at booking once they ask me for my date of birth they would realize i was only 16 unless they are as dimwitted as you. my mom had to come pick me up got a speeding ticket 60 in a 45. driving without a liscense and evading and elluding. $1000k worth of fines. kept driving after that incident and even had gotten an offer from the cop at my school to help me get out of it. had to get a lawyer turned out the guy had not calibrated his radar gun in over 60days and all charges were dropped since the original charge was speeding and because they could not prove that they had to drop all of my other charges. needless to say i got my liscense about 2 weeks before i got my charges dropped and after they were i got a police escort to school everyday for a bout 3 months by fayette counties finest.

Its funny how all the speed limit values were created like what... in 1950? when cars wernt stable/turn well at those posted speeds. now its almost 2008 and the speed limits have never been updated to what they really should be. Driving under the speed limit is actually dangerous on some roads cause youll get run over. Also on most roads you have to be a complete idiot to not see a danger at least 10 sec ahead.

I was driving back to Atlanta from the Gwinnett Meet and I feel tired as I'm cruising 70-75 in the HOV lane. I tell my friend I'm tired as fuck and I down shift and nail it for a little right as I pass under the spaghetti junction area where cops usually sit. I got some air in my face and woke up a little and stopped before I hit 105-110. Hit the brakes and my friend says a cops pulling out. Here we go again I think. So I hit the right blinker and start moving over and as I pull over and hold my keys and hand out the window he yells you better have a good reason and grabs the keys. Cops a dick about it. Didn't even check proof of insurance and registration, I had to offer. Handed me the ticket and told me to sit in the car, didn't give me a chance to ask for a accuracy check of the laser gun. He got me at 97 in a 55 and Reckless driving saying I cut off people as I pulled over. Biggest bullshit I've heard. Speeding was all me and even though I was tired and it was empty, I should have known better then to speed there, but the reckless driving charge is bullshit and he knows it.

The lawyer could not get a background on me so I drove my happy ass to the court house in durham nc. I had to pay them like $10 to get a printed and stamped background check. They found nothing on me so I was like wtf. Sat there for an hr trying diff searches, But in the end they printed out I have no records. So I went to the jail house around the corner and they found my mugshot and info, so I then realized the dumbfucks had spelled my name wrong, so basically I had a clean background. So I called the lawyer told him then asked him if I shouldnt go to the court house to tell them "Im actually this guy with all these charges" but the lawyer said I had to be honest with the feds or what ever. You know how shitty that is? thats like winning the lotto then having to turn it in. I went and gave them the fucked up name, and under the notes it had my real name with a question mark. Fucking bullshit, but two months later I got a brand spanking new greencard wooo whooo!

Put an ad in the paper for roommate, got a crazy ass roommate. We were drinking a little (I was 20) and next thing I know he wanted to go drive around. I took his keys from him and he proceeded to go fucking nuts. Stabbed me across throat,chest,etc. We ended up fighting all the way into his car he had a 2nd set of keys in the ignition (who the hell does that lol) anyways I got ran over and slammed against an electrical box...Other roommate is calling cops the entire time..the cops come about 3 minutes after psycho roommate left....Well unfortunately for me one of the cops that responded knew me from some previous.....shit. I got arrested for rape,drugs,assault,mui, all types of shit...then got booked thrown in jail. My roommate kept me alive that night by keeping me awake (I had concussions n shit from the car) the cops didn't believe me and my roommate that the psycho roommate was still out there. Anyways.... Got in a fight in detox with a mexican dude because he wanted to steal my roommates shoes. While being moved to detox saw original psycho guy and went insane. Received more assault charges,resisting an officer, assault on an officer, all types of stuff (I dont remember this part I simply blacked out). I was thrown into solitaire and stayed there freezing my fucking ass off untill my mom came and bailed me out. I could hear her saying "get my motherfucking stupid ass son here now" I looked at the officer and asked if I could stay later. When she saw me and saw all the blood,bruises, and simply how fucked up I looked she proceeded to hit the cop and demand why I wasnt sent to the hospital. We went to the hospital and I got checked out and then back to sherrifs. All charges dropped because of the shit that went on that night...

Well this was one of those sting opparations where a cop gets a minor that looks well over 21 (this was a 7'8 white girl, looked to be Larry Bird at first glance) to fuck kids over. Any who, being the stupid kid i was, i did what i was told and just typed in a birth date. Next second i know my manager comes walking over, brings me upstairs and the cop starts talking to me. Telling me this girl isn't 21, but is infact 18. I was in shock. It was an honest stupid mistake, it's not like i was selling the shit to a buddy or anything. But i should have known better, i just wasn't thinking at the time.

But those charges got dropped because the cop called my house a week later and said he was going to drop the charges because he realized it was an honest mistake. Shit happened the same day i got my new car and i had no way to pay for it because i just got fired the same day for the alcohol thing. Dad almost sold the car, blah blah. anyway, ticket COULD have been between $200-$1000 and up to 6 months in jail, sum shit like that. thank god those charges were dropped :D.

I got a ticket for doing 76 in a 55 a few days ago on that road going to Milledevillge... It's 441, South Columbia or w/e. limit is 55, but everyone goes 70-75 all day. Cop was sitting in the bottom of a hill and said he clocked me going 76. Fucked up thing is that there was an SUV in the other lane going faster than I was...



And i've done sum really stupid shit when i was younger, but then again, who hasn't. dont think many people did something as stupid as i did though. and no, i'm not telling that story :D

1. 16 - Speeding 58 in a 45. Paid fine

2. 16 - I was on the interstate, riding 68mph in a 65mph. I was on my way to malibu gran prix when a STATE TROOPER went by me, looked over, and then slowed down and pulled me over. First thing he asks of me is "Do you have a licence son!?" I was like, yea, here. He goes to the car, comes back with a ticket for 68 in a 65. I MEAN, WTF!?!? I got to court in G-nett and the judge looks at my case, and starts laughing.. no joke. She immediatly said case dismissed and noted to talk to the officer immediatly following the cases.

3. 17 - Speeding on my way to school - 60in a 45 - Court, dropped 10mph, Paid fine.

4. 18 - Failure to maintain lane - Was on a gravel road of all places. WTF.. Dropped in court

5. 19 - Alterterd Tag Ticket - :???: - Got the ticket for having no "County" name on my tag.. BS.. Dropped in court (Dekalb)

6. 19 - 2 days after my last tag ticket, i got another Alterterd Tag Ticket AGAIN - :???: - Guess they like pulling me over. Dropped in G-nett.

7. 20 - Speeding on the way to college. 71-50 Paid

8. 21 - Parking ticket at a bar :goodjob:

9. 21 - Public Intoxication on my friends 21st bday.. AWESOME TIME.. the cop gave me the ticket and just walked with me around peidmont park. it was quite hilarious.. he then decieded to take the ticket back and give me a warning. ATL pd is the shiznizzle.

10. 23 - Unsafe load ticket - $196 !!! - Basically my UHAUL trucks door failed to stay closed, it opened on me on 78 and a dresser fell out. Some lady in an explorer was following way to close and hit it as it was coming out. and Officer saw the whole thing and gave me that ticket and the lady a following too close ticket.

11. 24 - No insurance
12. 24 - No proof of ownership
13. 24 - Expired Tag. basically all three of these were with a car a bought and somehow i lost my bill of sale. the car got impounded and i was able to get it out within a couple days. I SHOULD have gone to jail, but i have a family PO and i was cooroporative and i didn't go.. WHEW.

Improper muffler two weeks later (after he gave me the ticket to sign, i asked the officer how i had an improper muffler when in fact the only form exhaust on my car was a 3" straight pipe - the look on his face was worth ever dime) - (230$ paid)

I got away from the cops after about 3 seconds i didnt see blue lights anymore untill i ran up on a sheriff at 140+ and he didnt see me anymore after i passed him. I got away and went to a friends house. Two cars reported to the police station my car driving dangerously on back roads so the cops started searching the back roads that was reported. Long story short...my boy had a green civic too they seen from the road (mine was hid). They rolled up and began to arrest him and thought it was his car after that...we convinced the cop it wasnt him and he was gonna let him go then ole boys dad came outside and was like who the fucks green car is in the back. the fucking faggot ratted me out and told them i ran and my car was behind the house and so did my old friend. This clearly states they dont even know who the fuck they was chasing THEREFORE im fighting the shit in court. I fucked my old buddy up and told him i would his dad to if i ever seen him :yes:
