Legal Name Change

Hey guys,

i was wondering if anyone here has ever had a name change or knew someone that went through it. My friend is looking to adopt his mothers maiden name as his last name and is clueless on how to do it.

and how much does it cost?

you can present it to the judge, or even possibly just file a petition to have it done, last time I checked it was between 250-500... could be less now... its been a while
