Anyone in columbus ga or near it good with nikkon camera's?

I have a nikkon d100 and a nikkon d200 and dont have a clue how to use them. I can barely figure these out... I dont have the instructions. I need someone who is good with these camera's to show me how to use em :goodjob: Ive been toying with them but im not familar with photography.
