Crane Stage 1 Cams | B-Series / VTEC

I've got some Crane Cams. They are Stage 1 and will fit B-Series Vtec heads. Cams are in excellent shape with nothing wrong with them. The part number is 253-0010. The part number is engraved on both ends of the cams...Specs are as follows:

INTAKE lift- 11.6 mm, duration 243 @ 1mm
EXHAUST lift - 10.8mm, duration 237 @ 1mm

These are similar to CTR Cam Specs, but these Crane's seem a little bit more aggressive.. CTR/ITR Specs (00-01) are:

INTAKE lift - 11.5 mm, duration 243 @1mm
EXHAUST lift - 10.5mm, duration 235 @1mm

Stock GS-R Cam Specs: :D

INTAKE lift - 10.6 mm,duration - 230 @1mm
EXHAUST lift - 9.4mm, duration - 227 @1mm

I'm sure you would need aftermarket valve springs and retainers... I'm pretty sure stock type r valvetrain will work fine...
