Apparently ALOT. We retuned ATLRSXs car from Vuongs Garage today. We traded out his old Tsudo N1 exhaust for a SKUNK2 MEGA POWER "R".
The new line from Skunk2 has bigger piping diameter over their old exhausts and is made in mind for those wanting to step their turbo or NA cars up to a better off the shelf system.
This is great news for you guys that have mild to medium turbo cars or NA motors that are in the market for an affordable BOLT on exhaust thats STAINLESS STEEL.
Here are the gains at the same boost (8.3psi) on a greddy kit.
Red- SKunk2
BLue-Tsudo N1 (mandrel bent similar to Apex)

30+Whp and 30+TQ aint bad for a bolt on. :goodjob:
We didnt get time to finish tuning it with the new 3bar map, so im expecting 290s once we are done.
enjoy

Looks like the bigger piping really released some exhaust flow... whens the next tuning session?

Sean has some money huh, got it re-tuned after just an exhaust .. that's pretty impressive IF that is the only difference in modifications since the 248 WHP tune!
What's the piping diameter size of the Tsudo compared to the Skunk2 ? Cause I thought Skunk2 was 2.5" piping ..

hmmm...why not just go with an aftermarket muffler with 3 in. pipes?
....nonetheless, its very impressive & i know that those skunk2 catbacks look sexy as hell

because some people dont want to piece together an exhaust, rather just buy one an bolt it on an go

.. This tells you how important exhaust flow is on boosted cars.

I'm goin to go with the old exhaust being a POS instead of it being a miracle 30hp gain. But def. shows that the right combination of parts makes results, instead of buying x and y part out of a magazine.

lol, open DP ftw. I havea borla race muffler and a turn down, but it might as well be open DP.
