Pharcyde - back in the day....

whats the name of that original song.. before i go crazy.. i cant fucking remember.

The song is by a dude from South Central named Ahmed. He made the song featuring Pharcyde. The song sampled was by "Love TKO" by The Temptations. Later, QD.
