I have an all stainless steel 3" high flow cat off a 98 civic that i need to sell asap. It is in perfect condition. Asking $40.00 Firm.

Is it street legal or will I have to throw a stock cat on my car everytime emissions come around?

it is street legal. i passed emissions with it on my car.
