Looking for a decent Mini DV Camcorder

Must have battery/charger/computer-usb cord (to upload to the computer)
preferably with the editing software and a carrying case as well

not looking to spend too much!

If you wish to edit, you will have better luck connecting the camera to a computer via firewire, FYI.
