Where to get ECU Chipped?

I'm about to put a JRSC in my 94 GSR. I bought a p28 and was wondering what or who would be the best to go to for chipping?

And no haters, I got the charger already, so DO NOT tell me to just go turbo.. :goodjob:

uhhh...WHAT?
You have to have your ECU socketed and chipped in order to get tuned.
Anyways, stupidity aside,I'm guessing you're going freeware? ie Uber/Crome?
