Looking for a good small claims attorney in the cherokee/cobb/paulding co. area. I have an entitiy that owes me a decent deal of money, and im sick of playing games with them. So I need someone that doesn’t mind working on a Contingency. It is definatly a “winable “case. I don’t want to go into any details/ discuss the people involved. There's no such thing as a "small claims" attorney. Civil suits fall under the jurisdiction of Magistrate Court. The whole point of Magistrate Court is an informal atmosphere where representation is not needed. If you have an airtight claim then you might as well go pro se.
