tires for rx8?

just wanted to know what kind of tires u guys think would suit a dd rx8.

Well, there's a lot of choices out there. What kind of wear are you looking for, and how much grip do you REALLY want, also, how often do you want to have to replace the tires?


I am eager to try the new Yokohama S-Drive tires with Nano-technology, but they are expensive. Also the Toyo Proxes-4 and T1-R are great tires. The yokohama ES100 are good and cheap but wear a little fast ( I currently have these and the grip is great). The kuhmo ecsta MX is cheap and very grippy, but wears fast. The Falken FK452 is good with grip and has long wear and a good price, and the Falken Azenis is very grippy and cheap too, but wears fast.

Let me know what you need.... I have a warehouse hook-up and also work at NTB.

I also have a set of ES100 on my car that i would be willing to sell that have about 75% tread.

Twinnos, I think the stock 8 rims are 18s...

I had proxes-4 and did not like them. T1R is what i'm going with on the 8.
