Newnan Meet

I feel since I live in newnan, and everyone in my area we get :idb: ed When it comes to meets that are close to use, so here is an attempt to start on in our back yard. I dont know how many people would like to get together in the area or where we can meet. I know the :police:'s have nothing to do other then give use a hard time. The cops can :2up: off. I only know a few spots that the cops might not mess with use but they are not too big. I can ask a few businesses to use their parking lot , but I want to know how many people would be intrested.

To tell ya the truth i ahve no idea where to have it. I have a few places in mind, and i am going to talk with the mangment at those placed to see if they would let us use the parking lot. I just have to assure them we would buy stuff ( IE. food and drinks) from them. I want to be able to tell NEWNAN PD that we are not going anywhere we have permission to be here.

FROM I-85 SOUTH:
get off on exit 47
turn left off exit ramp.
turn right at FIRST redlight(beside walmart)
go all tha way down till you see KROGER on tha left.

FROM I-85 NORTH:
turn right off exit 47 ramp
(then just follow steps from tha above)

its very easy to find cuz theres a MCDONALDS in front of it.

Better get in with a business or the cops will be continuously harassing you. And I can pretty much guarantee that publix, Kroger and home depot are going to say no. The only reason home depot has the cruise in is because it brings in the older crowd which is their business, you don’t have anything to offer but a bunch of younger ricers. Good luck, but I would find a mom and pops owned restaurant, that would be your best bet.

I broke a clip in the transmission. I had it fixed, I just gotta put it back in. In the meantime, I'm doing preventive maintenence things like a new control arm, rack and pinion and a new intake manifold :ninja:

no I tried to call hi but he wasnt in. I am going to talk with taco mac today. if not there is a parking lot in my neighorhood that i have access to but no lound music or burning tires or reving engs. I know my neighors and if we are quiet then no problems.

the 22nd would be perfect...don't think that taco mac would be a good choice...lot stays full on saturday nights and might attract some of the wrong crowd...i really think the best bet would be the new kroger on lower fayetteville road...doesn't attract to many people, quiet and just a nice open place for cars...i may try to run by there this weekend and try to ask them if you already havent man...i just think that is a good spot...the cops rarely head that way and some of the regulars the get scurried away from QT know that it is good...but just let me know...and i know that if we can keep the reving and the craziness and the music mello, then they won't mind...they only start being dick's when they can see there produce and shit shaking off the walls followed by tire squealing

The Kroger is at the intersection of Lower fayetville blvd and Newnan crossing blvd. if you come from bullsboro turn at the light at wallmart and go down towards lower fayetville. Kroger will be on your left about 1 to 2 miles down. you cant miss it.

I was waiting at a red light and heard screeching tires behind me, I went to look and bam next thing i know im turned around in a ditch. The dumb hore I was reffering to was the bitch that hit me. Sorry if I made it sound like someone else was driveing. I only had liability insurance so im waiting for the police report so I can contact the bitches insurance. She obviously was charged so the bills on her insurance and if they dont want to replace it I already have a lawyer lined up. As for a quote, I doubt the insurance will want to fix it they'll probably want to replace it. Its a 95 and when I opened the trunk witch usually has about 3 feet of room between the back seats and the back of the trunk that space was reduced to about 1 foot. If the insurance does want to fix my car Ill PM you and we can go from there.

Yeah, there's a good bit of damage, just looking at the pics. Now whether they total it out will depend on if they're any kinks in the framework. If it's just slight bends, those can be repaired.

The problem with kinks is that even if they're repaired( I.E straightened out), they'll never be as strong as they were originally. Meaning if you were to get hit from behind in the car again it could cause greater damage by collapsing further than it's supposed to.

Now I'm still in school, but my buddy has a shop, & he'll give you a good deal....Vegeta

well i am in my hotel in canada. dam man that sucks about the car. the bad thing about insurance company is they will only pay you what they think your car was worth befor the crash thats if they total it out. the thing is is it cheaper for them to fix or just pay you for the car. if they total it out kiss your car good by couse they will not let you keep it.i know this because this happend to me. did you go to the hospital? have you been checked out by a doc? if not i sugest you do.

The body shop wanted 8 hours of body time to replace my core support, which i did, factory spot welds and all in about an hour and a half...
