Anybody know how to do this? I want all sensors on there, map, tps, IACV, need brake booster and all vacuums to be complete. Does anyone know hot to do this or know of any good DIY write ups? I seen some but they took out a few sensors, and I'm too slow and lazy to try and figure out something.

Someone show me how to do this...want to put ITB's on my car if I get this new job.

Yeah I mean I can kind figure it out, but I can't weld either. I can do most of the mechanical stuff but I wanna know who knows how to get all the sensors on there to work and stuff.

I don't see where he put the IACV sensor....Does anybody know a shop that will fabricate me one for cheap if I decide to give up on doing it myself? Lol

the IACV is totally cut out of the loop when using ITBs, as is the FITV.

there is no "bottle" that all cylinders pull air from for it to moderate the flow of air into.
You will use the adjustment screw on the butterfly... just like a motorcycle or 4 wheeler.

you'll keep the iacv plugged in, but just floating in the engine bay.

If you'd like some more information on D-Series ITBs, just ask. I've done it before, it was fun.

Here are some videos from it... Man, I can't believe that was 3 years ago...

First start up... (http://videos.streetfire.net/video/1820cc21-29ce-42e8-b3fa-89f6c4f41991.htm)

I love this sound... (http://videos.streetfire.net/video/b000df3e-9d92-4b3d-9770-0b50fc7be3df.htm)

1st-2nd... Not a bad cross over for a D-Series, haha. (http://videos.streetfire.net/video/wm/9d072ca9-7729-401d-82f8-1789f308f8e8.htm)

seriously if you are looking for power, dont waste your time. if you are looking for something that looks and sounds cool then go for it. an aftermarket port matched IM and throttle body will make way more power than ITB's unless you already have over 200whp...

ITBs are the last step in a nasty all motor setup.

Well it's a D-Series, haha.

It's loud as far as D-Series crossovers go... God I sound like such a ricer, hahaha.

ITBs are the last step in a nasty all motor setup.

that's the truth

ITBs are like icing on the cake for all motor.

In reality though, the smoothness and velocity of airflow is what makes power, and most guys who do their own don't take the time to do the math and make the correct measurments.

And then they wonder why their cars make less power with ITBs.

Airflow is easier to control with a manifold and only one TB.

Yeah, it was loud for a D-series. I thought that the EP3 doesn't have real vtec anyways? Thats what this dude told me who has an EP3.

It only has i-VTEC on the intake camshaft, so it's not very audible. But it certainly does have an engagement.

ITBs are worthless if your air intake velocity doesnt increase with them on, if your gonna make some you better make it worth it :ninja:

^ Good example of "I lost power!" ITBs.

Not hating or bashing on ya'. My SOHC ITBs were the same way.

I guess...I'm going to raise the compression in it and get a cam anyways, and thats what he was saying. I know what he's saying cause he always says it when he's around me. Stupid faggat...lol
