A few questions any help would be great!

I was wondering what would be the best oil for a 04 r6 semi high miles at around 10,000.

Also i need to get it painted, so how would you go about removing the old paint? sand paper? paint thinner? Also where can i get a nice black paint job, like flat black for a decent price. It just a beater bike so no car show paint jobs.

Just use whatever oil is recommended in the manual. 10K miles is not a lot for a bike engine. They can easily make it to 100K miles, it's the rest of the bike that gets destroyed before then. Most bikes don't make it to 15K before being totalled.
