Rainbow Six Vegas.... 4 player co-op???

so I went and bought this game + a link cable so 4 of us could play on 2 TVs w/ 2 XBoxs and 2 Games....

How do you get 4 players in one game?!?!?!

I have tried everything i can think of. All i can think of now is 4 xboxs and 4 TVs..... hell i dunno.
