Anyone know the driver of a black boosted integra in the cumberland area? I didn't get a chance to meet/talk to the driver but he said he did say makes 400whp on highboost. Caucasian or Latino low haircut? Car looks a lil sleepish. The wheels were either flat black, black, or bronze and had 3 gauges on the driver side pillar. Im sure he was running low boost becuase I know I couldn't hang with a 400whp car. This was Tuesday evening between 7-8pm on 8-21 near 285 and cumberland mall area.
